Your Continental Moving Consultant in conjuction with their Alaska division routing specialist rely upon their decades long experience and relationships with their time-tested partners to determine how your shipment will be transported.

These transportation modes can include:

Roll-on-Roll-off (RORO) Steamship

Also known as "through-van" service, Continental International provides door to door transport of your household goods. Loaded in a Continental Van Lines trailer, each shipment is individually inventoried and then padded using cloth pads. The trailer is transported via a RORO (roll-on-roll-off) steamship especially designed for moving trailers to and from the Alaska marketplace. Continental International then performs the final delivery to the new home. This seamless service is a unique advantage to using Continental International.
